2020 $5000 JOAH LOVE HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY 

Official Rules

  1. Sponsors. This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Joah Love LLC, 405 W Foothill Blvd, Monrovia, CA 91016. This giveaway is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited and is subject to all local, state, and federal laws.  By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor(s), which shall be final and not subject to appeal. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsor may be reached by email at social@joahlove.com during the Promotion Period.
  2. Eligibility. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.  The Giveaway is open to permanent legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest or sweepstakes. Nominee recipients must be at least 18 years of age. Do not enter this contest if you are not located in the United States at the time of entry. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
  3. Entry. This Giveaway will accept entries beginning on December 20, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. PST and ending on December 24, 2020.

    Participants must enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period online by submitting a form online. Nomination form must include: Recipient’s first name, last name, phone number, Instagram username, “Why Should This Person Win” entry submission, Participant’s first name, last name, phone number, Instagram username, and email address.

    An entrant may use only one email address to submit entries during the Giveaway.  If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one entry, the entrant will be disqualified.  Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning the e-mail address or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any automated or computer-generated entries, fake or duplicate identities, spam, or improper techniques (as determined by the Sponsor(s) will be disqualified. Any questions regarding the validity, completeness, or number of entries submitted by an individual or the identity of the authorized account holder of an e-mail address, phone number, or social media profile shall be determined by Sponsor(s) in its/their sole discretion. The Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to disqualify any entrant who acts in a disruptive, harassing, vulgar, or unsportsmanlike manner, as determined by the Sponsor(s) in its/their sole discretion.

  4. Prize: $1000 cash via PayPal or check. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. (5) Winners total. Winner must complete IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  5. How to Enter: Enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period online by submitting a form of interest for a vehicle on special. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.
  6. Winner Selection: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on December 24, 2020 by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
  7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by phone call and/or email at the email address provided in the Entry Information on the day of the drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within one week of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
  8. Privacy: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Giveaway Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
  9. Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which takes precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. (s) shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winner, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc. as required by applicable local and state law.
